[1:30 PM] Visit Baby Taj (Itimad-ud-Daulah)
You can now go on a visit to the Baby Taj, housing the Tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daulah. It gets its name from the similar marble work and design nuances like the Taj Mahal. This is a peaceful place to visit and you can take fabulous photographs alongside. It was built by Empress Nur Jahan for her father, who was given the position of Itmad-Ud-Daula and looks like a glimmering jewel box on the River Yamuna. It is just on the way to Mehtab Bagh and is a must-visit during your trip.
This is one of the finest attractions in Agra and the best part is that you will enjoy fabulous views of the Taj Mahal. Click pictures all you want and enjoy spending some time amidst lush greenery. This Charbagh complex was built by none other than Emperor Babur in 1530 while the ASI restored it back in the 1990s. Enjoy exploring the lovely walkways and pavilions along with pools and fruit trees here. You can also take amazing pictures of the Taj Mahal on the opposite side.
